The Construction Startup Cohort bridges this gap by providing aspiring entrepreneurs with a comprehensive program that covers everything from business planning to strategic management.

This 11-week comprehensive program is designed to guide aspiring entrepreneurs through the essential steps of launching a successful construction business. Participants learn about business planning, market research, financial statements, marketing strategies, MBE certification, business insurance, estimating, operations management, and strategic planning. Led by industry experts, this program equips participants with the knowledge and tools needed to establish and grow their construction enterprises.
